Week Six

Today was spent dialing in module 1-3 and  trying to get module 4 running, after a few sporatic runs and an attempt at restarting the PLC, we determined new batteries are needed, but the module 4 should run fin once the program is functioning.

Week Five

The continuous air lines were ran to the HAS-200 assembly line and blog was updated to date.
- Regulator for the continuous air system needs to be replaced.

Material Review

The HAS-200 demonstration video was presented in class.

Week Four

Calibrating module one, two and three. Module four has the OK light blinking red.

Week Three

Continued investigation of the HAS-200 and began calibration of the modules.

Week Two

Reviewed machine processes and developed a plan to make the HAS-200 fully operational.

Setup HAS-200 assembly line and get acquainted with the module configuration.

• Tied together and leveled the modules 
• Removed module 3's motor and replaced the belt and modified the drive pulley to prevent belt slip
